He is currently a professor at the National Engineering Research Center for Advanced Polymer Processing Technology, Zhengzhou University. His research focuses on advanced polymer processing in functional applications such as energy saving.

Qinglong Jiang is currently an associate professor in University of Arkansas, Pine Bluff. He is the fellow of Engineered Science Society, USA. He worked for Argonne National Laboratory after his postdoc researcher career in Florida State University/National High Magnetic Field Lab. He is interested in solar cell, light emitting, electrochromism, nanomaterials, optical electronic devices. He has over 70 publications including Angewandte Chemie, Adv. Energy Mater., ACS Nano, Nano Energy, ACS Energy Lett., Chem. Commu., JPCL. He has over 30 presentations including international invited/keynote talks. Dr. Jiang is also serving as managing editor for Eng. Sci. and ES Energy & Environ., editorial board for Adv. Compos. & Hybrid Mater., and reviewer for journals such as J. Mat. Chem. A, ACS Applied Mater. & Interfaces, Chem. Comm. et al. He is awarded for VFF of DOE for 2019 and 2020.

His research focuses on advanced polymer processing in flame resistant material and intelligent flexible polymer material.
